Chrome and Tortoiseshell Lucite Decorative Box, 1970s

This decorative lidded box is perfect for living space or vanity and was crafted in the 1970s. The piece boasts a chrome-plated framing with Lucite in a tortoiseshell (tortoise) textured pattern. With impressive quality and a lovely translucent changing motive, the box hinge can be opened at 180 degrees to use it as a display compartment tray. There is no visible maker’s mark.
