Antique 3″ x 6″ Subway Tile Towel or Robe Hook in Crackle White

This is an antique subway tile robe or towel hook that is mounted by tiling it into the wall. It is meant to be flush with the wall tile and just the hook sticks out. This would most likely have been in a bathroom with 3″ x 6″ subway tile. It would have replaced one whole wall tile. This hook is white with an overall crackle appearance. This cracking of the glaze is called crazing. It happens naturally to a lot of older tile. Most bathroom retro-renovations would need at least one tiled-in hook to complete their bathroom.
