Vintage Design
A pair of lovely proportioned 19th-century window seats. Each features a rectangular, newly reupholstered seat that is hand-tacked around the legs. The seats are raised on six turned and fluted tapering legs. The upholstery is perfect, and the seats are very sturdy. These window seats or stools could have various uses, such as at the end of a bed, as window seats, in a hallway, or even as a duet piano stool. These stools are reconstructed using William IV period legs. England, circa 1835.
