It comes with a second matching lamp which has two broken glass cylinders. (pieces broke off). The pieces are available and could be restored. The price is only calculated for one lamp, the second one will be added for free.

The IC S Pendant Light from FLOS is a case study in balance. After watching a video clip of a contact juggler, designer Michael Anastassiades was inspired by the skill it took to spin and move the set of spheres around the juggler’s body. His starting point was to capture the moment where the spheres seemed to freeze in place on the juggler’s arms and edge of his fingers, thus was born the IC collection. Features a steel frame and blown glass opal diffuser.

Paolo Venini (1895 – 22 July 1959) Was one of the leading figures in the production of Murano glass and made an important contribution to twentieth-century design.
1921 Venini & Cappellin opened a glass factory on the islands of Murano, the historic glass production center in the lagoon of Venice, Italy. They produced under the name Vetri Soffiati Muranesi Cappellin Venini & Co.
Following disputes, Cappellin withdrew from the firm in 1925.
Venini reorganized, first as Soffiati Muranesi Venini & C. and later as Venini & C.
Venini became a design leader among Murano companies.
