Cognac Calf Leather Picture Frame, France 1940s

This stunning 1940s French Art Deco modernist leather picture photo frame features fine-grain calf leather in cognac color with a pattern. The easel and back are in the same calf leather and a rhodoid protection is on the front to secure the photograph. The frame can only be placed in a portrait position.
Good condition, with some light scuff on the lower left edge, but nothing obvious (check the close-up.)

Overall: 9.88 in wide (25 cm) x 10.63 in high (27 cm).
Opening (picture size): 6.69 in wide (17 cm) x 9.07 in high (23 cm).
